Main Event is October 19-21, 2007. If you would like to be an exhibitor at this event please read the following in its entirety and register online by clicking the "Register" link above. Make sure you select "Exhibitor" as your registration type on the main online registration page.

    2007 MAIN EVENT Exhibitor times:

    • Friday: 6:00 pm - 7:30 pm
    • Saturday: 8:30 am - 9:30 am; 11:15 am - 4:45pm (Student Union); 7:15 pm - 8:00 pm
    • Sunday: 8:30 am - 9:30 am; 12:30 pm - 1:30 pm

Other Important Notes:

1) Each exhibitor needs to register for the event at the fee of $85/person. The early registration deadline is October 9th! After this date the price increases $25.

2) Exhibitors can sleep for free with the students on the UNI campus or may stay in one of the area hotels for an additional cost. We can set up these rooms and/or find roommates to help lower expenses. Just indicate your preferences in the online registration.quest form.

3) All four large group assemblies will be held at the Cedar Falls Riverview Conference Center, two miles North of the UNI campus (see map). On Saturday afternoon we will move to the student union on campus for lunch and workshops. The University will charge a $40 fee to exhibit in the Union on Saturday. If you would like a table in the Union, or an additional table at either the Student Union or the Riverview Conference Center, you may indicate that during the registration process.e

We will provide a simple table covering for the Conference center tables, however, will not be able to cover the
Union tables. However, feel free to bring your own table covering.

4) We have offered each exhibitor the opportunity to advertise in our Main Event booklet for the weekend. The deadline for submitting camera ready ads is October 5th. Please note that ads submitted after this date will not be included in the booklet. All ads should be 7.5'' tall x 6'' wide and black & white. Ads with graphics must be emailed as an attachment in .jpeg or .gif format. Files submitted in any other format will be returned. Text only ads can be emailed as formatted plain text or an attachment in Word. Incomplete ads will be returned. If you have questions about this please
contact us via email. The cost for a full-page ad is $50.

5) Many exhibitors will fly into the Waterloo airport (5 minutes from UNI) or the Cedar Rapids airport (70-75 minutes from UNI). It is each exhibitor's responsibility to arrange their own transportation to and from the event throughout the entire weekend.

6) On Saturday evening we will have a special dinner for all staff, volunteers and exhibitors. The cost for the dinner is included in your registration fee. Please plan to join us!

We are expecting to have 1000-1200 students from campuses all over the Midwest.

Remember each attendee must register for the retreat.
